This was a good stay out of service for most of our stay. We had reasonably spacious and panoramic room with balcony, loved the location, it was stunning on the lake.

All rooms were panoramic and big size.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the room was panoramic and big. A huge variety of food for breakfast, which was great to satisfy everyone. The property's location was favourable, as close to the lake as you can.

Exceptionally nice staff and fantastic location back to the international airport, everything was beautiful. The rooms where big with free Wi-Fi. The food they offered was great, had variety of meals.

The room is extremely spacious and panoramic and equipped with a minibar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and an individual safe. Private bathroom is spacious.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room exceeded our expectations with a nicer decor than shown in the pictures. The view from our balcony was simply spectacular, with a clear view of the lake and the famous rock. The king-size bed provided a very comfortable sleep, and the soft heavy blanket was a nice touch. The restaurant service surpassed our expectations, offering food that was not your typical all-inclusive style. We were particularly impressed with the boat ride lunch around the lake, which was well worth it. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area, being just a few minutes away from the rock and about 8 minutes from the charming old Guatape village. The included breakfast was generous and served in a traditional style. The pool for guests was beautiful and offered a stunning view of the lake.

The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, with beautiful surroundings and a peaceful lake nearby. The pool area was also a highlight, especially the jacuzzi with its luxurious and relaxing vibe. The breakfast provided was substantial and well-presented, ensuring we had a good start to the day. Additionally, the staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard, with small details missed and the bath towels being old and uncomfortable. The noise from the staff in the hallway early in the morning was disruptive and annoying.
